Ninjutsu: Can only do the three Academy Jutsus at the beginning. Part two: Only healing (Medical training in only two years! Go girl! *note the sarcasm*)
Taijutsu: Her taijutsu is weak and crude, the worst of the rookie 9 (If Ino hadn't exhausted her chakra she could have beaten Sakura easily--Naruto, despite having a worse form than her could beat her easily, too). Second part: Enhanced strength (though 0 accuracy) and better at ducking (but still not good enough to avoid being hit, even while being protected). Useless in fights against anything stronger than a slime.
Genjutsu: Outside of the one time she managed to break out of a genjutsu during the Chuunin exam, nothing noteworthy. Interesting though: Fell for Kakashi's genjutsu during the Bell Test, couldn't see through the deception of those Henged into Naruto during the Chuunin exam and was noted to be talented in Genjutsu by Sasuke during the Chunin Exams, despite his earlier disregard for her abilities in that area during the Bell Test. I quote: 'Genjutsu--Sakura would fall for that.'
Intelligence: She sounds like she swallowed a book, best in academics due to courtesy of nobody else bothering with stuff that is useless for ninja life. No intelligence discernible in RL. Part two: No visible progress despite being older.
Strength: She can hit hard when hitting a non-retaliatory Naruto, shows no prowess anywhere else. Part two: Learned to hit hard by using chakra. Not sure about strength without chakra.
Speed: She is very slow, which is why all of her attacks are useless. Part two: Looks flashy while hitting boulders instead of intended target.
Resistance: Is easily knocked out even without blunt force (Faints because of Kakashi's genjutsu). Part two: The only to be knocked out on the bridge during the confrontation with Orochimaru by falling on her head like a civilian without ninja training.
Seals: Shows no knowledge outside the standard genin (being able to activate a bought explosion tag). Part two: Following instructions of someone with knowledge of Sealing to attempt to seal the Three Tails. Was chosen with the other girls due to superior chakra control without having any qualifications in the area of Sealing. Unsurprisingly they did not succed. (Was this in the manga or anime only? I don't remember).
